Ludmila.ua is a project of the Internet-salon of fabrics, accessories, clothes and Swarowski crystals for Ludmila store chain (Kyiv, Lviv). Visitor can buy ready-made clothes on the website, choose fabric or leave a request for sewing.
Our team aim in the project is redesigning of the former version of the website, functionality modification and adding «Clothes» and «Atelier» sections.
Client's wishes
The main task of our team is development of a new website design in regards to the brand book. Indicating the main brand colors the client gave us the concept of his brand with description of target audience, principles of marketing communication. Therefore, we had to:
- Clearly divide the website structure by colors:
- «Clothes» – pink
- «Fabrics and accessories» - green
- «Atelier» – turquoise (tiffany).
- Divide user access permissions to the admin panel. These permissions relate to the catalog and orders management of «Clothes» and «Fabrics» sections.
- Configure website synchronisation with 1C for:
- uploading information on goods of «Fabrics», «Swarowski», «Clothes» sections like prices, left-over offers, goods images, colors, sizes;
- double-ended synchronization of 1C and website orders;
- double-ended synchronization of 1C and website users.
- Integrate the website with Privat24.ua payment system.
- Create a fully adaptive version of the website – for desktops, tablets and smartphones.
Specific request – to break the order movement down into «Fabrics» and «Clothes»categories keeping the colour skin of the brand book.

Project highlights
When user access permissions to the admin panel were divided the orders from «Fabrics» and «Clothes» sections are displayed under different managers. It allows operative catalog management as well as orders movement. A website owner can track the attendance and conversion of each section and assess workplace efficiency.

- Convenient and attractive Internet-salon having friendly interface, gorgeous goods presentation and handy way of application form filling.
- «Clothes» section’s been added with presentation of ready-made models and season collections; «Brand New», «Offers/Sales» functionality.
- Color marking of the sections according to the assignments from the client.

The updated design of the website triggered an ocean of positive emotions from the client and her regular and new customers. Currently we continue improving the store and fill it with useful novelties at owner’s request.
